The Objective

Our client wanted to bring together two separate operational areas of the company at an in-person conference to encourage connections, reinforce their business strategy, and share their vision for the future.

 

 

 

Our Work

Aspect’s role in preparation for and during the conference was to support with the content, production, and technical elements of the meeting.

Ahead of the event itself, we produced a ‘day in the life of’ video to be showcased during the conference, which brought to life the roles and responsibilities of one area of the business to encourage a deeper level of understanding across other parts of the organisation.

We managed all aspects of the technical and AV requirements for the show to run seamlessly, including the supply of all relevant AV equipment for both the main event and the expo area, and a cameraman to film the sessions, delegate vox-pops and a highlights video.

Although the event was attended primarily by a live audience, we successfully streamed the plenary sessions out to a handful of delegates attending remotely. Another hybrid element of the conference was the streaming of a key speaker who was unable to attend in person but was brought into the session live to present and participate in the audience Q&A.

Our remit further included the management of all internal and external speakers, as well as design support on signage such as pop-up banners for the market stalls.

The Outcome

The conference opened up communication and encouraged networking between two disparate parts of the global business and allowed the leadership team to share important information on the organisation’s strategic imperatives in an inclusive, welcoming environment.
