Global Strategy Workshop for an FMCG client

The Objective

Our client wanted to bring together its global leaders in person for a series of meetings and workshops to connect, network and plan the organisation’s strategic framework for 2023.

 

Our Work

We designed an event with a combination of presentations, Q&As, smaller breakouts, team building activities and ‘immersion’ sessions, during which new products were demonstrated and tested.

There was a hybrid element to the event, with approximately six delegates joining the meetings remotely. We created an inclusive environment for the main presentations and workshop discussions to ensure maximum engagement with both in-person and remote audiences, including a large LED screen to involve the remote audience in the Q&A session.

Our Work

We installed six monitors in the main presentation room which showed in real-time the work that was being done in the breakout sessions, allowing people to feel involved and immersed in all aspects of the event. All the breakout rooms were organised in a way that allowed the remote delegates to join in easily and get as much out of the sessions as those attending in person.

The Outcome

Global leaders from across the business – both in-person and remote – learnt about new product innovations and left the meeting feeling connected with their peers, the organisation, and its strategic imperatives for 2023.
