The Objective

Our client wanted to bring together its global leadership team in person for the first time since 2019 to reconnect, network and develop relationships.

Our Work

In the space of three short weeks, we worked closely with our client’s internal team to create a three-day hybrid event with a main meeting and two outdoor activities and a mix of internal and external speakers.

Our Work

We developed a meticulous COVID-secure plan to allow for all eventualities around registration, logistics, production, and team activities. Despite some restrictions imposed by the meeting venue, the event was produced with the highest production values and incorporated some authentic local elements to inspire delegates and encourage team building, including winter games in the mountains and a scavenger hunt around Zurich.

It was essential that those delegates unable to attend the event in person felt able to share the occasion with their colleagues, so a virtual element was included for the main plenary sessions.

The Outcome

An inspiring and motivating three days of facilitated sessions and activities that left the leadership team – both in-person and remote – feeling refreshed, informed, and connected.
