The Context

Following a recent acquisition, our client’s annual leadership meeting – the only time each year all the leaders physically get together – took on even greater importance.

 

Our Work

This three day event needed a progressive programme that went beyond the usual leadership meeting agenda to enable the new board to not only deal with company business, but also gel as a leadership team.

Taking place in the heart of Frankfurt, the event featured a mix of inspiring external speakers, practical workshops, indoor and outdoor activities and social elements culminating in their very own beer festival.

We developed an event app to drive engagement pre-event, facilitate networking onsite and provide a platform for team building activities throughout the programme.

For the conference sessions we used a full LED wall back drop so that we could regularly refresh the look and feel environment to reflect the session content.

A more connected leadership group equipped to deliver success.
