Tasked with delivering a high-tech conference on a tight budget, we created a fresh, collaborative environment where customers felt valued and able to engage with client hosts and their peers.

We immersed delegates in our client’s brand, surrounding them with simple and consistent messages that reinforced the main communications pillars.

We developed an innovation hub, filled with new tech for delegates to explore, and used technology to enhance the typical event touchpoints, including robots at registration and an app for ordering coffees. Guests were treated to an awesome drone display as one of a number of “wow” moments.
