The Context

At a time where annual events are anything but the usual experience, our banking client needed to transform an important live event into a compelling virtual experience for their key customers.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic our client was forced to exchange conversation and cocktails at a 5* property in London for a virtual event that still allowed them to promote new products, share knowledge and profile key speakers with their clients. The US elections also meant that content couldn’t be finalised until a week before.

Our Work

We designed a fully virtual event with link-ups to North America and APAC. Key elements included a fully interactive, virtual venue with product demos, 20+ sessions with Q&A, breakouts and networking.

By providing rigorous testing and filming of 40+ speakers across 4 days, a green screen studio and vMix live event delivery we were able to deliver an event that not only had wider reach but also greater impact than in previous years.

The Outcome

  • 1740 attendees
  • 20 countries represented
  • 42% clients attended both days
  • Format to be repeated twice in 2021, and replicated in APAC
