The Objective

Following a major business acquisition, our client wanted to regenerate their annual Partner Conference and came to Aspect with a brief to ‘bring partners together, collaborate and recharge’.

Our Work

Hosted in picturesque Budapest, Aspect took an immersive approach by developing a unique brand identity, rolling out a full interactive communications plan and developing an app, which enabled partners to play, plug in and power up their conference experience.

Building on partner relationships was a key focus for our client to provide their partners with a platform to listen and speak directly with key stakeholders. Consisting of the perfect balance of work and play, Aspect developed plenary sessions exploring new products and services, followed by live product demos and showcases of future technology.

The Outcome

Our mission to bring partners together through a multiple stage, maximum networking approach was accomplished and we were blown away by the feedback.
