European Sales Kick-Off

The Context

After the last few years of meeting virtually and then in smaller regional hubs, 2023 presented our client with the opportunity to bring more than 500 team members together in person and in one location to connect, collaborate and to set them up for success for the year ahead. Hundreds more who couldn’t be there in person were able to join the event remotely.

Aspect took a lead role in designing and developing the plenary set and staging and delivered the live show production elements throughout the event, culminating in the prestigious EMEA awards gala dinner.

We worked closely with the host and presenters to ensure they were fully rehearsed and comfortable in preparation for their parts in the show. In the words of the host, “I learnt about production from Aspect’s Loren Wilson and Anne Spaven, and the complexity of bringing together people, images, sound and lights to work together simultaneously.”
