Amcor Healthcare - CPHI Frankfurt 2025 | Services Provided: Exhibition stand design and build; operational and logistical support; on-site support

The Context

Amcor Healthcare exhibited at CPHI Frankfurt, one of the pharmaceutical sector’s key annual trade exhibitions, using an 80sqm stand as a central hub for customer meetings, new business lead generation, and product portfolio showcasing to a highly targeted industry audience.

Taking place in October 2025, the event carried additional strategic importance. Following Amcor’s merger with Berry, CPHI presented the first major opportunity for the newly unified organisation to meet customers, develop prospects, and introduce a combined offering under one cohesive presence.

Our Work

We needed to elevate the stand to support more meetings and a bigger team, while also signalling a clear sense of “newness” – a refreshed, more welcoming environment that reflected the combined business and encouraged meaningful conversations. At the same time, the build had to be delivered within budget and with careful attention to minimising unnecessary material waste.

What we delivered

A redesigned, enhanced 80sqm stand experience with a distinct sense of renewal:

  • Improved functionality: a reconfigured layout with increased meeting capacity and a semi-private space suitable for larger discussions, alongside ample room for product display and engagement.
  • A refreshed visual concept: warm wood accents integrated throughout to soften the more clinical feel of previous stands, creating a calmer, more inviting atmosphere where visitors felt immediately comfortable.
  • Efficient build and delivery: working closely with a trusted supplier to streamline production, control costs, and reduce waste without compromising the look and feel of the concept.

With a long-standing client relationship and strong foundation of trust, we established an immediate working rhythm with the Amcor team. That partnership enabled fast decision-making, smooth delivery across logistics and onsite support, and execution closely aligned to the original brief.

 

The outcome

CPHI Frankfurt 2025 was a strong success. The stand was delivered exactly in line with the approved renders, giving the team a high-impact platform to:

  • host customer meetings effectively across multiple spaces,
  • showcase the expanded product portfolio,
  • and support lead generation and new business conversations.

The refreshed design was extremely well received by both sales representatives and customers, with consistent positive feedback on the stand’s visual appeal and overall presence.
