CUSTOMER EVENT

Location: London with regional activations in Zurich, Milan, and Frankfurt

The Brief

A cornerstone event for one of our financial clients – their annual Research Retreat is a chance to bring clients together to share insights, showcase innovation, and look ahead to future economic trends.

In 2025, our client wanted to expand its European presence, adding events in Zurich, Milan and Frankfurt, alongside their flagship event in London.

Aspect was appointed as the production partner to help reimagine the event’s delivery and reach – starting with a complete transformation of the event spaces at our client’s Canary Wharf offices.

Our Role

Trusted to lead and deliver a broad range of services, including:

  • Full project and technical management (pre-event and onsite)
  • Transform the event space in collaboration with our client’s internal creative team
  • End-to-end production: CAD drawings and floorplans, technical planning, and H&S
  • Livestream delivery
  • Regional support including branding execution for all European locations

From detailed planning to flawless onsite delivery, Aspect ensured every touchpoint reflected the brand’s purpose and insight whilst always ensuring high quality and consistency was met across all locations.

Reimagining the Experience

Working closely with the European Events team, we transformed part of the London office event space into a dynamic and fully branded environment.  Using technical CAD plans and 3D renders, we redefined the layout, built a large set and stage, and reimagined the traditional demo pods to showcase our client’s products and services.

Onsite, our team ensured every speaker took to the stage feeling confident, rehearsed, and ready to deliver with clarity and impact.

A European Collaboration

Our partnership extended beyond the UK. In Zurich, we created a ‘mini-London’ creating what we built in London, but on a smaller scale – we also provided onsite support and logistics coordination.

Meanwhile in Milan and Frankfurt, we worked with our client’s creative team to execute cohesive branding across all locations – reinforcing a consistent visual identity for European audiences.
