The Context

The 2025 Biblica Global Staff Gathering was more than a conference – it was a pivotal moment for reconnection, strategy, and celebration.

The event marked the first in-person gathering since 2022, bringing together global staff, many of whom were meeting face-to-face for the first time.

For several attendees, it was their first time visiting Istanbul, adding a layer of excitement and cultural enrichment to the experience.

The gathering served as the platform to launch Biblica’s long-term strategic vision, outlining plans for the next ten years and beyond.

A deeply inclusive environment ensured every team member felt informed, inspired, and involved in shaping the organisation’s future.

Collaboration AND Partnership

True partnership was at the heart of this event’s success.  Our collaboration extended beyond the conference rooms:

• Supported offsite excursions, including visits to local cultural attractions, allowing attendees to connect with Istanbul’s rich history and vibrant energy
• Coordinated group dinners and curated evening activities, including a custom gameshow experience, bringing fun, connection, and a celebratory atmosphere to the week.
