The Context

Following a successful year, the client PGMs team sought to elevate their traditional dinner and awards evening, held as part of their annual leadership conference.

Their ambition was to create a memorable night of fun and recognition – one that was inclusive for all and left every attendee smiling as they walked out of the door.

They didn’t want just another awards night – they wanted a celebration worthy of their success.

Our Work

Aspect was brought on board to transform the event into something extraordinary.  We began by designing the central theme – “The Platinum’s” – a stylish and celebratory concept linked to their business from which the entire evening’s identity was developed.

Key elements of our delivery included:

    • Bespoke award categories crafted specifically for the PGMs team
    • A high-impact awards show template that visually and emotionally distinguished the evening from the more formal daytime sessions
    • Custom motion graphic stings to announce winners in dynamic style
  • Stylish venue branding, including elegant PGMs lit letters
  • Full entertainment management, featuring a DJ and live saxophonist to keep the energy high and the dancefloor full
  • A dedicated event photographer to ‘pap’ arrivals and candid moments, providing lasting memories of the night

Onsite, the Aspect team managed every detail including coordinating entertainment and technical delivery, briefing and supporting presenters ensuring every transition ran smoothly.  The outcome of this was that both our client team and their guests could relax and enjoy the celebration as part of the group.
