Our Work

Working in partnership with the Orange marketing team, Aspect delivered production services for the two-day event, consisting of plenary sessions, team building activities and hosted tours of the partner expo. Aspect took a lead role in designing and developing the plenary set and staging, and delivered the live show production elements throughout the event, culminating in the prestigious EMEA awards gala dinner.

The partner expo was a key element of the event, enabling the Orange team to meet and foster vital relationships with strategic partners. This networking ensured all participants felt pride in the organisation and the good work that is being done from an ESG perspective.

We worked closely with the hosts and presenters to ensure they were fully rehearsed and comfortable in preparation for their parts in the show. In the words of the host, “I learnt about production from Aspect’s Loren and Anne, and the complexity of bringing together people, images, sound and lights to work together simultaneously.”
