Global Leadership Convention

The Context

In April 2025, our client hosted its second Convention, gathering 290 leaders from across the globe in Lisbon.

The convention was designed as a strategic milestone: to envision the company’s direction, align on 2026 priorities, enable cross-functional collaboration, and strengthen its team and business community through meaningful networking and knowledge sharing.

The ambitions were clear – drive disciplined execution of the business model while energising teams for the journey ahead.

Our Work

Aspect was engaged as the end-to-end event partner, providing full production management, logistics management, programme design, content development, and project management.

Core deliverables included:

  • Content & Programme Design:
    Collaborated with the Board to shape the format and flow of sessions, building a balanced agenda of plenaries, market-style sessions, breakouts, team building, and social functions.
  • Production & Logistics Management:
    Managed every production element on-site – from set design and floorplans to technical rehearsals. Ensured all speakers were stage-ready and confident to deliver with impact.
  • Branding & Digital Tools:
    Created the visual identity for the convention’s theme, “Leading the way, together,” including a bespoke logo. We also developed a dedicated event app containing personalised schedules, session info, and real-time updates.
  • Onsite Excellence:
    Maintained a calm and professional presence backstage, working hand-in-hand with presenters and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery across the multi-day event.

The Outcome

The 2025 Convention received overwhelmingly positive feedback from attendees, achieving an average satisfaction score of 4.67 out of 5 (with a 57% response rate).

Attendees praised:

  • A well-structured balance of downtime and networking

While suggestions were made to further improve pacing and tailor content in the future, the overall sentiment was of a highly valuable, energizing experience that laid a robust foundation for 2026 planning.
