A Strategic Gathering to Unite Leadership Across Europe

In June 2025, NTT brought together 360 of its senior leaders from across Europe for a focused and impactful European Leadership Conference in Budapest.

The goal? To set a unified tone for the year ahead, build cross-regional collaboration, and create a space where leaders could connect, align, and return to their markets with clear direction and renewed purpose.

With a refined, more targeted audience than in previous years, the emphasis was on quality over quantity – and delivering an experience that was thoughtful, meaningful, and flawlessly executed.

Our ROLE:

Trusted Partner for End-to-End Delivery

Aspect was proud to be selected – for the third consecutive year – as NTT DATA’s trusted partner for production, logistics, content support and overall event management.

With the event taking place in a new location, we were brought in to ensure every element was managed seamlessly and the delegate experience delivered impact from start to finish.

Programme Overview

  • 1.5 Days of Plenary Sessions
    Featuring senior leadership presentations, regional showcases, and strategy sessions.
  • Partner Expo
    A curated space with 11 sponsor stands, offering insights into key technologies and partnerships.
  • Evening Events
    Welcome Reception: Sponsored by a key partner.
    Gala Awards Night: Hosted aboard Boat Europa, including entertainment and recognition moments
  • Surprise Element
    Day 2 opened with a unique and memorable live piano performance by the event host – played on a baby grand piano to set a reflective and engaging tone

Collaboration in Action

Working hand-in-hand with the NTT DATA content, partner management, and logistics teams, we also managed coordination across multiple stakeholders.

We led seven defined workstreams – production, logistics, registration, content, evening events, partner expo, and branding – with a core central planning team ensuring seamless cross-stream integration.

Content & Presenter Support

Our on-site team placed a strong emphasis on speaker readiness.

We ensured our presenters were fully briefed and supported through rehearsals, guided on best practices to engage a senior audience and encouraged to focus on clarity of messaging and audience interaction.

This approach helped create confident delivery and ensured key messages landed with impact.

The conference succeeded in delivering clarity on growth strategy, energising regional leaders, and reinforcing the message of operating as One NTT DATA.

Attendees reported meaningful connections, alignment on future priorities, and a renewed sense of belonging and purpose within the wider European team.

NTT’s decision to narrow its audience brought sharper focus to the event’s content and objectives. With Aspect driving the end-to-end planning and execution, the conference achieved exactly what it set out to do:
