The Context

Our client hosted a high-profile Capital Markets Day at the Science Museum in London, bringing together analysts, investors, and members of the Executive Leadership Team.

The event was a key milestone in the company’s communications calendar, with their Chief Executive and his team presenting the Group’s new 2030 strategy – aimed at delivering sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

With a sophisticated audience and a bold strategic vision to unveil, our client needed a hybrid event experience that was immersive, confident, and flawlessly executed.

Our Work

Aspect was appointed as the trusted production partner to bring this important day to life.  We worked closely with the client to shape both the narrative and the experience – balancing strategic messaging with an impactful in-person and digital delivery.

Transforming the Space

  • We designed a branded walkthrough experience that seamlessly transformed the Science Museum venue into an client-branded environment.
  • The space was configured to facilitate natural networking and breakout conversations, with a curated expo-style area that allowed for deeper dives into key topics.

 

Speaker Readiness

  • Our team provided comprehensive speaker coaching both in pre-event rehearsals and onsite, ensuring every presenter was confident, engaging, and well-aligned with the core messaging.

Hybrid Production & Broadcast

  • Aspect oversaw the full technical and production design, including live webcasting to the remote audience.
  • We produced highlight reels and breakout videos to extend the reach and impact of the event content for both attendees and virtual participants.

Experience Design & Logistics

  • From arrival to close, every detail was considered – with a tightly choreographed event flow and agenda designed to maximise engagement across both the formal sessions and informal networking moments.

  • coordinated closely with the Science Museum’s in-house AV and catering teams, navigating existing partnerships while integrating our creative and technical vision
  • led end-to-end project management, ensuring every supplier and stakeholder was aligned, and every element was delivered with polish and precision.
