The Context

SES SKO 2025 marked a significant moment for the business – it was the first time the entire company had come together since 2023.

Unlike previous years where the focus was firmly on sales, this year’s event was designed to include everyone across the business. It wasn’t just a sales kick-off – it was a company-wide moment of alignment, inclusion, and celebration.

For the first time, company awards were open to all teams, not just sales, reinforcing the message that every part of the organisation contributes to success. The result was a more inclusive environment, and a workforce that felt truly seen and part of the company’s vision for the year ahead.

Our Work

As the production and project management partner, we delivered the technical execution of this hybrid event – balancing in-room delivery with a seamless virtual experience.

We worked closely with the local team to ensure all technical requirements were met and collaborated with SES’s brand team to ensure consistency across the entire event – from messaging to look and feel.

Agility in Action

When the CEO suffered an unexpected injury just ahead of the event, we had to quickly pivot. What was initially a live keynote became a remote appearance – without compromising the impact.

In addition, more virtual attendees and speakers were added at the last minute, requiring us to flex the show flow and technical delivery in real-time. Our team’s agility ensured the experience remained seamless and engaging, both in the room and online.

The Outcome

SES SKO 2025 was a standout success.

The hybrid format made it more inclusive than ever before, and the whole company left feeling engaged and energised.

So much so, SES are now looking to extend the event in 2026 to build on this year’s momentum.
