Our client tasked us with supporting them to engage their current and potential investors whilst also providing the mechanism for interactive Q&A.

The event needed to be technically flawless and sleek in its transitions, with the highest quality audio and video streaming.

The two, 20-minute fully moderated Q&A sessions were key touchpoints throughout the programme between the management team and investors.


Maintaining complete privacy of the event was key, therefore we recommended a platform that was familiar to our client from the outset. Embedded within our client’s website, secure access to the event was available to attendees through a password protected portal.

Once live, investors were welcomed into a fully branded virtual room and were met by presenters from Zurich, Chicago, Melbourne, Shanghai and Sao Paulo. Despite all presenters being in remote locations, we achieved consistency in look and feel with customised, branded backgrounds, and by using our virtual gallery solution and expert technical crew, all presenters were fully supported with broadcast TV quality audio and video.

During the Q&A sessions we offered investors three different ways to submit their questions. All question points were monitored and entered into a centralised, live list using Aspect’s question management software, QSpace. QSpace allowed for our moderators to view and order questions behind the scenes, enabling our presenters to seamlessly manage the Q&A sessions.

Once the briefing was over, a fully edited On Demand video and full transcript of the event were available on the client website within 24 hours.

The event received high engagement levels from the presenters and analysts, and numerous questions were submitted. We couldn’t have asked for more positive feedback:-
