How do you continue to communicate your key business messages with an audience in excess of 1,000 people when ‘social distancing’ is imposed on a large proportion of the global population at the same time? This was the very question posed to us by one of our clients during the recent global COVID-19 pandemic.
Our solution included both strategy and tactics.
Our experienced production and creative teams worked in tandem to deliver a seamlessly executed webinar involving 8 speakers, each joining the broadcast from different locations across the globe using remote web cameras. Presentations and video were also integrated into the broadcast and all of this was managed by a remote showcaller, connected by audio to the technical team.
Alongside keynote presentations, a hosted panel discussion engaged the 1,017 strong viewing audience, all of whom were able to participate in the event with live Q&A and polling throughout.
Their sponsor revenues were protected as we were quickly able to develop a ‘digital’ package of benefits and give their partners the opportunity to communicate with the audience as originally planned.
Not only that, the event was captured visually by an illustrator ensuring that our client had a creative output to share with their audience immediately after the event.
Overall, it was a hugely successful transition from a face to face to virtual experience and the digital collateral generated ensured that there is ongoing content to share long beyond the ‘live’ virtual event.
