Challenge

When a leading FinTech company needed to create a high-level incentive programme for top achievers from two recently merged global sales forces, they came to Aspect. Our challenge was how to culturally integrate the two groups whilst catering for the many needs of the various stakeholders.

Solution

Central to our strategy was identifying a destination that could provide the high level of luxury and cultural diversity required whilst being able to handle the group of 220 winners, their partners and company leaders across a 6-day dual location incentive trip.

Our actioned-packed programme was designed around Greece and the creation of ‘once in a lifetime’ series of memories combining beach-side relaxation in Crete and the vibrant cultural sights of Athens.

Due to the size of the group we had to think very creatively to find venues and activities with that all important ‘Wow’ factor. A bespoke Mamma Mia style evening and a party boat trip on the coast around Athens were included in a packed programme of exciting activities, catering for all needs.

Taking the lead on all on all delegate management and communications over the 9-month run up to the trip, our highly experienced logistics team ensured VVIP status for all. Flights, travel plans, visas and personalised communications were all managed by Aspect, off and on-site, and included an event app for ease of delegate communication.

With a feedback score of 4.86 out of 5, the impact and success of the trip was undeniable causing positive chatter on internal social media and increased motivation to achieve sales targets. The trip was endorsed as the most successful in recent years.
