Challenge

To create an engaging space at a global exhibition to allow a leading packaging company to connect and inspire existing and prospective customers.

Our research showed that generating cut through in a busy exhibition environment required new thinking to engage on multiple levels across multiple channels.

Solution

Moving away from the conventional stand approach, Aspect conceptualised a ‘Thought Leadership Demo Lounge’ designed to run alongside the German exhibition and provide a focal point for interaction with the brand.

This ‘hub of ideas’, sparked conversation and debate and provided space for private meetings as well as bigger group interactions, leading industry expert presentations and product demonstrations.

The Aspect team extended coverage through the curation and production of a series of daily content round-ups and highlights. These were used to great affect alongside targeted video content that seeded social media and generated greater stand traffic.

This unique solution delivered solid cut through, allowed quality customer interaction, positively supported the sales function and generated valuable growth in online brand engagement across the globe.
