This client needed to improve the tender experience of its construction managers – who were great performers in their day jobs, but put them in a suit and they fell apart in a bid situation.
Having researched the client’s practice, we created a bespoke training package to suit them. Twenty two-day courses took place, taking delegates through every aspect of best practice, from generating a powerful proposition to telling a compelling story. We delivered practical exercises in face-to-face presenting, reading body language, dealing with objections and working as a team.
