Presenter training for a high street retailer

The challenge

With a number of upcoming company presentations, this High Street Retailer needed to improve the presentation performance of a number of its senior managers.

The solution

Following research to define the specific and often different needs of client teams, we developed a tailored two-day course.  The first day focused on crafting stories, the second looking at effective storytelling.

Each session is a million miles from the traditional ‘chalk and talk’ transference of expertise. Instead, the emphasis is experiential, with participants working hard on their feet, testing and developing their skills and confidence.

The outcome

The response to the first ten sessions was so positive that more have been commissioned.  Subsequently we have added networking training and are developing a course on how to build and maintain sales relationships.
