The challenge

After presentations from the Global Board, delegates worked in groups to identify challenges, barriers and gaps in their current set up that would prevent the team from achieving the strategic objectives.

The solution

In line with the theme ‘Get Connected’, the content focused on encouraging the Global Operations Team to harness and share their experience and expertise with colleagues, so that established markets could advise emerging markets with tried and tested solutions and emerging markets could inspire established markets with fresh approaches to old problems.

The outcome

Despite a modest budget and in line with the client’s informal culture, Aspect created an inclusive, innovative environment that provided a flexible platform for the event agenda. Café brainstorming sessions and the use of social media as part of the pre-event communications campaign and on-site content ensured maximum engagement.
