Employee values launch for a high street retailer, London, UK

The challenge

This major high street retailer needed to bring to life its new company values to 600 staff from Call Centre Operators through to Senior Executives. Cost efficiency and minimising time away from the business whilst creating a memorable event to embed the new values, were key factors.

The solution

Aspect created an ‘in-the-round’ auditorium, surrounded by six experiential and interactive zones, each with its own personality. A gamification App was created for each zone to bring to life the different areas of the new Company strategy. Each zone celebrated a different value and asked attendees to experience the value in different ways. Our celebrity host, Noel Edmonds added warmth and humour to the proceedings.

The outcome

Having worked in cross-functional teams in such an inspiring way to discover for themselves what it meant to live the strategy in terms of the new values, the conference proved a great success.
