Petrol Forecourt Dealer Convention, Faro, Portugal

The challenge

The Dealer Convention brought together the client’s Business Development Team and key customers from its UK petrol forecourt estate. The purpose of this prestigious 4-day event for over 280 people, was to establish how positive relationships between the parties would deliver future success.

The solution

A morning conference programme provided a platform for the company’s Senior Country Director and Business Development Team to share their vision for the future. Delegates were given a voice by way of a customised event app; utilised pre-event to establish preferred event content, through to the conference programme, where it maximised the dialogue between the stage and the audience. A fully sponsored supplier expo enhanced the lunchtime experience and a comprehensive activities programme in the afternoon allowed for more informal relationship development. There was also a daily spouse programme put in place to ensure the event appealed to the whole family. The highlight of the event was a glamorous gala dinner; with the hotel showcased inside and out in client branding and provided guests with a breath-taking conclusion to an incredible event.

The outcome

The event scored 4.7 out of 5 from the client’s customer delegates.
